Since earning her ISG Sommelier Diploma in 2004, Rachelle has served as Sommelier in respected Vancouver establishments including Provence Marinaside. A talented and seasoned food and wine pairing expert, Rachelle now brings her expertise to V.V Tapas Lounge, where she helps guests select the perfect wine to suit their desire, including over 40 wines of the world offered by the bottle or glass.

Zach has called Vancouver home for over 12 years, but he honed his culinary arts skills in some of Canada’s and Europe’s most respected dining establishments including Toronto’s Canoe Restaurant and the Michelin-starred Au Fil du Temps in Provence, France. At V.V Zach’s artful stylings are evident in approachable creations including elevated bar snacks, savory charcuterie plates and more.
